Job Description

The Hardscape Foreman position is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to lead, grow, and take ownership of high-quality outdoor projects. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a hardscape crew on job sites
  • Oversee the construction of patios, retaining walls, steps, and other outdoor features
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Operate and manage equipment safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with management to ensure project success
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of hardscape experience
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a crew
  • Strong knowledge of job site operations and project flow
  • Equipment operation experience and a valid driver’s license
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $70,000–$85,000
