Job Description
As a
Landscape Construction Crew Member, you’ll be a vital part of bringing outdoor spaces to life, from patios and walkways to planting and grading. You’ll work alongside a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of landscapes including hardscapes (pavers, walls, steps), planting, grading, drainage, and more
- Operate power tools and light equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized and clean
- Follow project plans and direction from crew leaders with attention to detail
- Show up ready to work, contribute, and grow every day
